"I first joined the Cochrane Early Career Professionals (ECP) Steering Group in September 2021. This experience not only allowed me to establish connections with fellow early career researchers but also to develop and lead my own project within the group, the first-ever podcast by Cochrane ECP, Conversations with Cochrane. Now, a few years later, I am deeply honoured to become Chair of this group and work with a fantastic team of researchers on some exciting projects. I am delighted to welcome our new members and hope they enjoy being part of the ECP Steering Group. If you are interested in learning more about getting involved with Cochrane as an early career professional, please reach out by email (ecp@cochrane.org) or follow us on Twitter (@CochraneECP)."
